The Team
Vidnebu is built and run by a small independent team rather than a large company, founded by Mohit Kumar, who writes the articles here as well as the code. That shapes the product more than anything else about us: there is no committee between a bug report and a fix, and features ship when they are ready instead of on a quarterly cycle.
It also sets expectations honestly. We are not an enterprise vendor with a global support organisation, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we offer instead is a product that improves quickly and a team that reads every message sent through the contact form.
