Most questions we receive fall into four groups, and a few of them have an immediate answer. Everything else — and anything that does not fit below — reaches us at support@vidnebu.com or through the form above. We reply within one business day.
Credits are only deducted when a render completes, and a failed job is refunded automatically. If the output itself is wrong — black frames, a missing voiceover, the wrong aspect ratio — send the job ID from your history page and we can re-run or recover it.
Payments are processed by PayPal and every purchase has a receipt in your account. Plans and credit packs are on the pricing page, and the credit calculator estimates what a specific video will cost before you generate it.
Email is the fastest route. Include what you are proposing and a link to your work; the about page explains who builds Vidnebu and how.
Everything on the blog is written by the person who builds the product. If something is wrong or no longer matches the app, say so — it will be fixed and the article dated.
