Most questions we receive fall into four groups, and a few of them have an immediate answer. Everything else — and anything that does not fit below — reaches us through the form above. We reply within one business day.
Credits are only deducted when a render completes, and a failed job is refunded automatically. If the output itself is wrong — black frames, a missing voiceover, the wrong aspect ratio — send the job ID from your history page and we can re-run or recover it.
Payments are processed by PayPal and every purchase has a receipt in your account. Plans and credit packs are on the pricing page. You can review the estimated credit cost inside your generator before creating a video.
Email is the fastest route. Include what you are proposing and a link to your work; the about page explains who builds Vidnebu and how.
Everything on the blog is written by the person who builds the product. If something is wrong or no longer matches the app, say so — it will be fixed and the article dated.
