Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Vidnebu. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Vidnebu platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vidnebu. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Vidnebu is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts and scripts using artificial intelligence. Our service operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits which are then consumed each time a video is generated. Features, pricing, and credit costs are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice to users.

3. Account Registration

To use Vidnebu, you must create an account. By registering, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Vidnebu is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Vidnebu operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits must be purchased before generating videos, and each generation deducts a set number of credits based on the video type and settings selected.

Non-Refundable Credits: All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire but have no cash value.

All payments are processed securely by PayPal, our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. Vidnebu does not store your payment method details. If a payment fails or is disputed, credits will not be granted or may be reversed.

We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Generated Content

When you generate a video using Vidnebu, the following applies:

  • Ownership: You own the videos you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
  • License to Us: You grant Vidnebu a limited license to process and temporarily store your generated content solely to provide the service.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content generated. You must ensure your use complies with applicable laws.
  • Third-Party Rights: Ensure your prompts and generated videos do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Vidnebu to create or distribute content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualizes minors in any way
Involves impersonation of any real person, entity, or public figure without consent
Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or bulk messaging campaigns
Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
Involves reselling or redistributing access to Revid AI API or other third-party APIs integrated into our platform
Contains malware, viruses, or any destructive code
Is designed to manipulate or spread disinformation at scale

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vidnebu name, logo, brand, website design, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by Vidnebu and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets, trademarks, or trade dress without our explicit written permission. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as necessary to use our service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY PRODUCE UNEXPECTED RESULTS AND WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING QUALITY OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDNEBU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VIDNEBU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination due to a violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Vidnebu after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
